Atlanta International Travel Inc, (AIT) is a licensed fully appointed travel agency founded in 1985 by Mathews P. Kurian. He has a combined travel industry experience in excess of 25 years. We are committed to provide the highest level of quality service to our customers. Airlines have been, after airline deregulation, using different fares for the same routes. We will guarantee the lowest available fare at the time of reservation. We also use "Fare Assurance" to constantly search for the lowest available fare up to the departure date. Airlines constantly update fares and schedules and re-allocate discounted seats on their flights. By using "Fare Assurance", we will be able to provide lower priced alternatives that may become available between the time an itinerary is booked and the time of departure. In addition to corporate travel, we specialize in international and leisure travel as well adn business and sales incentive trips. We have successfully organized conventions and meetings for various professional groups, negotiating special rates with airlines and hotels. We have an ongoing program for discounted rates on cruises. Our hours of operation are from 9:00AM to 6:00PM, Monday through Friday and 11:00AM to 3:00PM on Saturdays. We also can provide twenty four hour on-line reservation service wherein our clients can call in travel requests at any time after our regular hours of operation. One of the agents carries a beeper and could be contacted after office hours and on weekends. AIT has a fine group of dedicated staff, stressing efficiency, cost awareness and courteous service to our clients. They are also in constant training to keep pace with the “ever changing travel industry”, due to airline’s freedom to change airfares, rules and other developments in the industry. We have an 800 number service for the convenience of our customers. A 24 hour message number is also available for any emergencies. We use "Travel Helpline" service which easily enables our customers to change plans and reservations at any time from any part of the world, whether they are on a business or pleasure trip.
